The person who helped me was acting very strange. This is not the first time I come to this hairdresser. But this time I was not happy at all.
- First of all she had very long nails and she was litterally scratching my head each time she put her hands in my hair.
- Secondly, at one point she made me feel very uncomfortable by observing my dandruff as if they were louse.
- She did not deliver what I asked for: I wanted even hair in the back and layers in the front. I only got even hair. She did not do the layers in the front AT ALL. I did not remind her because I was eager to leave.
- When she finally finished, she started pulling my hair upwards very hard repeatedly. I know this is what hairdressers do, but it's not supposed to hurt this much. It was very painfull.
To sum-up: I loved the first treatment at Studio Stevin. But after the second one, I will never return there. And I never complain usually. So it was bad enough for me to give this feedback. And I still paid 32 euros for it...

Vriendelijk, goed knippend en advies gevend personeel met verstand van zaken. ;)

Prima knipbeurt, snel en het haar zit goed. De ambiance is gezellig en het personeel is vriendelijk en adequaat. Je mag zelfs je hond meenemen.
