Studio Z is a nice salon and the staff are friendly. However, I did not recieve the colour I asked for and was not consulted via a visual if there was a misunderstanding. I left the salon looking almost exactly the same as I went in because the hair colour chosen for me was the same as my existing hair colour, despite specifically asking for a particular look. I was disappointed I even bothered having it done professionally and wish I'd just dyed it myself.
