Itacy makes you feel so comfortable. She is super knowledgeable, gives great advice and won’t give you a style that doesn’t suit you. I have wavy/straight fuzzy hair which is very thin and I walked away with a super cute shiny bob. She also gave me great advice over hair colour and was the first person to investigate if I was in medication which would impact my hair colour and texture. Great attention to detail. She’s also lots of fun. I’ve already booked my next appointment!
