The treatment itself was great but when I made the reservation in this website, I booked 30'. The machine I was in turned off on 20', and when I question the employee she showed me the computer saying that I paid for 20'. I said I understood that the amount I paid in her system meant I was entitled to 20', but in my reservation said 30', I paid believing it was 30'. She answered thank you for your feedback and I was not offer any kind of compensation.

Ik was een poos niet meer geweest omdat ik daar niet meer woon maar ben nu de afgelopen weken weer een paar keer geweest en merk toch het verschil. Je krijgt waar voor je geld.
