Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience. I was told my appointment was late by 5 minutes. All the cabins emptied and after 20minutes of waiting I had to go look for the employee to assist me. She was in the break room on her phone. Also, I had told her that I have a sensitive skin and probably 20 minutes is too long. She told me 16 minutes is good. Unfortunately my skin burned and was red all weekend. Also the cabin wasn't set to 16minutes. I had to stop it myself at 16 minutes.
