The girl first couldn't find my reservation and was quite rude about it, then when she finally found it in the system she told her colleague in dutch something about her being hesitant while rolling her eyes several times in front of me and not wanting to do this type of treatment I had booked as her colleague was heading out on a break it seemed. In the treatment, she acted very unsure of what she was doing and I had no trust that it was going to be fine. Result also wasn't as good as normal.
