The staff was great and the eyelashes were great but I found the place really uncomfortable. Super bright lights and people walking in and out of the room while I was getting my eyelashes done. In addition, the rooms are tiny and have no privacy, so you can hear everyone's conversations as if they were standing next to you. Not very relaxing at all.
