Hele fijne pedicure met zorg

Hot wax was applied instead of default cold one - it is much more painful for a bikini wax! When I asked why, I was told that it was faster, and the lady decided that with my skin type I can handle it - without asking me at all about my preference or experience (!). I did not see the lady washing her hands, no gloves on and she went straight to applying powder on me. No disinfection was done after removing a pimple. After the treatment the lady just poured oil on me that I was told to apply myself everywhere - so it ran and stained my dress. Appointment was delayed by 30 mins. Price is higher than average. The place looks fancy, but overall dissatisfied. Please ask your customers what they prefer and what is their experience. Do not give impression of being in a rush.
