the staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive. the studio is lovely. however the quality of the work done to my nails is rather average. I had to make the nail specialist aware of adjustments multiple times, the result is still not exactly how they should be i.e uneven apply of the nail polish in spots. Personally I pay a lot of attention to detail, so perhaps this feedback will come across too harsh. It may as well be a one off on that day. So all in all not negative, but I'm not fully satisfied.

Vriendelijke, behulpzame medewerkers. We konden last minute nog met z'n tweeën terecht met wat schuiven voor een pedicure. We kregen wat te drinken en werden goed geholpen met vragen. De pedicure was heerlijk en had een mooi en verzorgd resultaat. Erg tevreden!
