The lady was really lovely and sweet, but it was the most painful wax I’ve ever had - to the point where I asked to stop before it was finished. I think the issue is that she didn’t hold the skin taut. At one point I suggested this but she said it would make it painful in other ways so I accepted it, however I can now see there is a lot of bruising so I think I should have insisted.
