Het was lekker, maar niet heel erg verrassend. Een groot deel van de behandeling is het stomen en het intrekken vh masker (2x10 min). Ik ben gewend dat de schoonheidsspecialiste die tijd gebruikt voor iets anders, zoals een hand- of halsmassage. Je betaalt toch bijna €55 en dan vind ik wel dat ze ook een uur met je bezig mogen zijn. Toevallig lag het internet er uit waardoor de massage iets later begon en de muziek 10 minuutjes later aangezet moest worden. Verder was de massage prima en was Kim erg attent.

The salon is nice and bright, the staff was nice. I found the setting of the pedicure a bit uncomfortable and would have preferred the traditional pedicure with a foot bath/soak/scrub but the treatment did make sure my feet had all the calluses and rough parts removed! Would've liked a more spa like setting. The manicure was very average, wish she would have paid a bit more attention to it as I didn't even get any polish. For 62 euros including a discount for off-peak hours I thought the price was way too high for the service I received unfortunately....And there was a sign outside for Hands & Feet gel polish for 55 euros which Im sure would've included some care of the nails themselves so that was really cheeky and annoying to see after booking my appointment and not getting it offered to me.
