The towel I put my head on was dirty and had stains. The products smelled weird and tingled on my skin. Extraction was extremely painful and the lady merely asked me "Are you surviving?". Instead of a face massage, she just let the product sit on my skin while I could hear her typing into her phone. Worst of all, during the entire treatment I could hear that she was listening to some audio (podcast?) on her headphones.
