Vienne with the gentle touch!! It was my first time ever doing any kind of waxing. Vienne made sure I was relaxed and told me what she was doing as she was beginning the process. I believe she made it as painless as she could and took her time, so it was more comfortable to go through the process! I'll be back before Christmas to be Smoothed out again by Vienne!
