The venue looks great and the staff is friendly.
The laser they use has direct contact with skin without any disposable cap and you don't see how it has (or hasn't) been cleaned/disinfected after previous client, so you can't really know how clean and safe it is.
The laser also might get very hot, felt quite burning at some point, which I've never experienced in other places with other lasers.
My question to their email about laser machine model and its safety certification remained unanswered
