Arrived for my appointment with specific technician but she was not there, despite receiving a confirmation on the booking. Bit disappointed as I wanted to see the same technician as I have been seeing. Manicure was ok, but I did not get the scrub, massage etc... I had paid for and the nail polish was claggy so left me with lumpy nails which did not dry properly and I ended up taking off the polish before I left.
