They are very kind and the service is good. However the lack the skills. Worse mani/pedi. She was clearly inexperienced and took much longer to get the job done with poor quality still. She did check if I was ok with it and I didn't wanna make a big deal out of it but it was not good. She did offer me a small incentive for the mess but in the end didn't give it to me...pff - stay away!
