I had booked my manicure via Treatwell and called straight after booking to see if I could expand with a pedicure too. I clearly Mentioned That I had only 2 hours. The lady on the phone said That it had to be enough. I arrived 5 min before my appointment and I could immediately pick a color. While choosing a woman with her daughter came in and they started working on them while I was waiting with my feeth in the tub. In the meaning the other laadt took her time to clean the used tubs....After the manicure of That customer was done, finally they started working on my feeth. In the tub, There was just water with a little bit of bath salt (really a little bit) the color was slightly blue and There was not even a nice smell, no smell at all. After the paraffine, the lady started with the Shellac but because my nails were a bit oily from the treatment, It didnt dry nicely and she had to remove it all again from all 10 toes! I mean, why would you offer a package with paraffine treatment if it doesnt go Well the Shellac or Did she do it in the wrong order? Anyway, at That time I was already 2 hours in the shop. She knew That time was up so I couldnt do my manicure anymore so she asked her colleague to quickly but at least the same kind of nailpolish for my hands while she was finishing my toe nails. The colleague started to file my nails and only after she was finished I Saw That she had filed them square and not round without even asking! Finally she finished and I was just sitting and waiting for someone to tell me That I could pay and go. They were already working in New customers when I asked if could pay and go. I finally left at 18.25 while I arrived at 16.00 hours and with just a pedicure done and a simple nailpolish on my nails! Then the receptionist had the nerve to say 'it can always take a bit longer then planned' seriously ?

Leuke dames, mooie salon, Het enige dat ik heb op te merken (en dat heb ik daar ook al gezegd) is dat na een pedicure het nogal glad is om van het opstapje te komen. Misschien voortaan eerst schoenen aan? Ik kan verder de salon zeer aanraden en zal ook zeker terug komen.

Nice ambiance and great service.
I asked for something extra and without any problem they took care of that and without any extra charge!

Schoon, lieve meiden, moest wel heel lang wachten, maar dat ligt aan de tijd die in Treatwell staat voor een behandeling. Die is te krap ingedeeld.
