My appointment was moved at the last minute due to a member of staff not being there, but they were very apologetic and gave me a discount as a gesture of good will.
The treatment itself was good, the lashes look fab and exactly how I like them!
My only comment would be that there were several interruptions from the other technicians coming in to our little room and having what appeared to be arguments with my technician, talking very loudly and aggressively to each other in the middle of my appointment, also my technicians mobile phone kept going off and it felt like she was a little preoccupied with that.
But the overall results look great, would have been great to just be a little more chill. :)

I am super happy about results, atmosphere, treatment(very precisely and very nice) and what is the most important for me hygienic aspect - its super hygienic:) I did manicure and pedicure and seems like i found the place I will be continuing doing my nails.
