The spa is a calm and inviting environment. Once your therapist is ready, they will call you into a large you with bed stations separated by curtains. While everyone is generally quiet and whispering, there is no real sound barrier so it can be difficult to relax if there is a lot of movement happening. My massage therapist was Koy and I selected the 60 minute relaxation massage. It was so relaxing it almost felt spiritual. She has a comforting feeling about her and I will be going back.
