I was refused from massage even I had a booking. I was told I need to wait for more than 1 hour because there was no one who looked after treatwell bookings.
I will not coming back to this place

the massage was amazing. it wasn't really relaxing as it was quite though, but I needed it :)

The venue is one big room divided by handing curtains, staff were constantly talking loudly to each other across the whole room so it was anything but relaxing. Also the room was quite cold which meant I tensing up throughout the massage.
They also only accept cash, so make you leave your phone whilst you go to an atm. This should have been communicated before.
