Zonder olie masseerde mevrouw. In de salon waren collega’s onderling heel hard met elkaar aan het praten totaal geen ontspannende sfeer hing er.

Communicatie was heel slecht!!! Ik was op het punt om weg te gaan. Ik had een boeking om 17u. Ik kom precies op tijd aan, uiteindelijk begon de massage pas 17:15. Ik had een 2uur massage geboekt met 2 verschillende behandeling. Om 18:50 word mij gezegd dat ik klaar ben. Bijna 30minuten eerder dan mijn geboekte tijd. De massage was ok, maar hoofdmassage boek ik niet meer, geld verspilling.

Had an appointment booked as a birthday gift. The appointment was supposed to take place at 14:15, we arrived at 14:05 and were told to go take a walk and come back at 14:15. We did that and we arrived back at 14:15 a lady greeted us and told us to sit and wait then disappeared. We waited there till 14:35 without a single explanation on what is taking so long and since we had other plans and the appointment no longer fit in our schedule we left. This was very disappointing and a waste of time.
