The treatments were very well executed: my nails and lashes looked amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the lack of timeliness, as I blocked 2:45h of my day (the advertised duration was 2:30h in total). Yet I spent an extra 45m from the original duration. However, due to the quality of the treatments and how friendly and warm Cassandra and Martha were I'm rating it high.

Cassandra did an exceptional job! She really took a lot of time and care to correct the bad BIAB I had already and I shall certainly be returning. She's also a lovely person to have a conversation with :)
