The welcoming was very nice. We had a casual chat about the weather and I was invited for the appointment on time.
I was told my waxer will be helped but it turns out the girl was being trained. Would have also been fine but misleading.
The wax pot for Brazilian was very old, cracked and dirty. They used the same 2 spatulas for bikini. No pre-care which made the wax on my legs not adhere so they went over the same spot a few times.
No real after care other than a washandje and a gel.

Ik heb een paar vinden van mijn geadviseerd om bij beautymasters langs te gaan voor een gezicht behandeling.
Ik ben altijd na een behandeling altijd zeer tevreden. Het gaat nu ook beter met mijn huid en ik krijg altijd goede adviezen over de producten lijn en hoe ik het beste mijn huid kan verzorgen.

Great experience and accommodating staff. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning related to offering treatment to men, but it was quickly sorted out. I will be back!
