Ontvangst was goed! Behandeling kan zeker beter, het mag zeker wat hygiënischer uitgevoerd worden en je mag ook een minuutje de kamer verlaten zodat de klant de tijd krijgt om zich klaar te maken. Daarna kan je weer aankloppen of je kan binnen komen om met de behandeling te kunnen starten i.p.v. blijven staan in de kamer. Succes!

More than 10 years of waxing, and this was one of the most unprofessional and painful experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, it was clear that she did not know some basics about waxing, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunatelyir didn’t lay off and it was a nightmare. When it got too painful, she started questioning me about whether this was my first time, when was the last time I waxed etc. and found excuses.
The result? Swollen skin, and not all the hair is removed. Never again.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I got a complete different treatment done than the one I booked for and the owner couldn’t offer me a reschedule for the treatment that I initially paid for. Wouldn’t recommend.

The welcoming was very nice. We had a casual chat about the weather and I was invited for the appointment on time.
I was told my waxer will be helped but it turns out the girl was being trained. Would have also been fine but misleading.
The wax pot for Brazilian was very old, cracked and dirty. They used the same 2 spatulas for bikini. No pre-care which made the wax on my legs not adhere so they went over the same spot a few times.
No real after care other than a washandje and a gel.
