Disappointing! Extremely unprofessional poor service.Rachel was checking and replying to texts on her phone during the treatment multiple times till i confronted her and asked if she could put her phone away. She paused multiple times and even left the room middle of the massage. Massage had no technique or pressure. Unstructured, interrupted, unapologetic, rough hands - the worst massage I’ve ever had! Bright lights and uncomfortable massage table without a face hole is not relaxing
