Te weinig goed opgeleid personeel door ziekte. Ging rommelig en deel vergeten van de behandeling!

Het was heerlijk. Maar ik boek en betaal voor 90 minuten en krijg een kwartier minder.
Sneu voor de medewerker, maar het is toch niet zo'n gied idee als iemand boven je staat te snotteren...

Had a deep tissue massage treatment. Even though the lady who was providing te treatment was very nice and friendly and did her best to leave a great impression, I was underwhelmed with the whole experience. Unfortunately the poor lady was sick and kept sneezing and coughing throughout the treatment. I wish the administration gave her a well deserved sick leave. Perhaps this is the reason why the massage turned out to be more of a relaxing rather than deep tissue massage. In addition to that the spa overall was very cold, including the massage room.
I would say this particular experience at City Street Spa was not a great value for money.

I thin k that Touria was the lady that made my treatment. She did it really good she is nice. I would definitely come back ! Nice people nice atmosphere clean ! :)
