I had an ends trim from Sophie. She is warm and professional. I could see and I could feel that she cares and gives a lot of attention to the process - this is appreciated. The final form of the hair is good, could be great. I am still satisfied. The vibe of the place is calm , paced and quiet. ( I was there on a Friday afternoon.)
