Avoid at all costs - frustrating service and got infection. Was given dye on my eyebrows without being asked or told - tried to contact them to ask what was in the dye, been ignored and no responsibility taken. Got horrible rash, itchy skin irritation and pus spots. Had to wait for main stylist after my haircut to get beard done and waited whilst he served a customer who arrived after me. Asked me if I wanted eye threading without informing me of charge - poor communication and customer care.

He rushed the whole cut, it barely took him 10min to finish it and the end result was sloppy and approximate.
