The hairdresser was quite inattentive to my description of the haircut. The end result is not bad, not quite different from what I've asked about. The hairdresser also was pulling my hair a few times too painfully

I booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry and the stylist just sprayed my hair with some water, cut it and roughly dried it! I was also supposed to get a brow shape and eyelash tint - the eyelash person was not available on the day I came, despite me being able to book it for that day (I was told it was a scheduling error) and then when my eyebrows were threaded, she didn't even pull my skin tight so it was incredibly painful. I ended up telling her to stop, so I could pull my skin and it was OK.
