Reza was 25 minutes late to our appointment and there was no clear indication on when he would be there, which already set the scene for a rushed job as he had another appointment in 30 minutes. Did a decent haircut but in his own way and did not really listen to what I wanted and did not ask about preferences e.g. sideburn style
