I had a really bad experience at this salon and I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a competent team taking care of your hairextensions. I just booked an appointment for placing my tape extensions up again because they grew out. My disappointment started right at the beginning when the lady told me that I only booked taking out the tapes. However when booking it clearly said "Tape in extensions - verwijderen met herplaatsen" so from the "met herplaatsen" it was just logical to me that it would also mean they will be placed up again. She told me that the price for the complete treatment would be more than double as high as I expected. Since I really needed the tapes to be up again I still agreed. She started to take out my tapes. Another colleague took over to put them back in. She wanted me to hand her one tape one by one regardless of where she took them from (of course all tapes were different lengths since they were all placed at different positions around the head). So I told her that she has to first sort them for the length and also find the matching other tape of the "sandwich", but she got really annoyed and didn't understand why. So I took over sorting them one by one, but she was so hectic and annoyed and already started working on my hair that constantly tapes fell down on the really dirty ground. In the end she put all my tapes only in the back of my head (regardless of the suitable length) and had barely tapes left for the sides. It turned out that she even lost one tape when she prepared them with the new glue. It couldn't be found anymore.
In the end, as a result my hair looked very messy, with strands in all different lengths. It felt like I had a really hard layer of tapes only on the back and when I came home I had a lot of pain at my head and couldn't sleep because I couldn't lay down my head. 2 days after my appointment, the first tape was falling off.
I have visited various hairdressers for this job regarding my tapes and none of them had done such a bad job. I booked another appointment at another hairdresser to fix this disaster for me. It felt like this lady didn't have a clue about what she was doing. I am really frustrated and will never visit this salon again.
