The colour was done well, however the stylist associate was terrible with the shower head, she put scorching hot water on my head twice and has burnt my scalp. She also took way too long to dry my hair as she didn't know how to do it properly.

I am very happy with my new hair color!! i have asian black thick hair so it was difficult to find a good hair salon to get righter color. but I finally found best one in amsterdam^^ I loooove with the result. Thank you Verginia. top!!
