I had the delux head massage which includes face as well. It was good. The therapy is Japanese so no taking during therapy. This I can understand but it would be nice to know when starting to wash hair what product is being used - it would also be nice to know what next step is followed e.g condition is used (i cannot tell if this is used) mask on hair I assume this is done at what stage I cannot say, then the face cleaning mask and also when the the big cap comes over your head for steaming - I am assuming all this was done - these are the only negative things - but then maybe some people don't want to know all this - perhaps it could be asked upfront - I will go back as I did enjoy massage - I will recommend it.
