The Lab is AWESOME. The owner, Russel, has great stories to tell you while your hairdressers work their magic. Mingus did a FANTASTIC job on my hair, and I walked out with a beautiful silver ombre. That night though, I called back to tell them I was a little unsure about the silver color because it wasn't quite what I wanted, so they immediately booked me back in, and gave me the hair of my dreams the next day, free of charge. "You shouldn't walk out till you love the result" Well, I love it!!!
