My second time in the shop. It was great and Russ cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Right from the start he was excited about the hair cut which gave me a good feeling too.

I had a great experience at The Lab today and I am very happy with the results of my balayage treatment. The staff is amazing and the products just smell awesome which is always a great plus :) I will definitely come back again. Would recommend it! Karlijn
