Natascha really knows what she is doing. She has a lot of knowledge about muscles and could explain to me why certain muscles were causing me discomfort. The massage was very effective for me and she showed me some exercises I could do to help my muscles. Definitely recommend going to her.

Voor mij was het meteen duidelijk dat Natasha verstand van zaken heeft. Naast een goede en fijne massage heeft ze me ook specifieke oefening gestuurd om thuis ook nog met mijn klachten aan de slag te kunnen gaan.
