This time, I am totally disappointed. There are small bubbles under the coat, and it looks awful, almost like a child's painting. I would not expect this much of a skill difference among different professionals. Another concern was that they just sprayed the equipment with alcohol-based stuff. I'm not confident that this will help to minimize the potential hygiene and health risks. In most of my previous salon experiences, they opened new sterilized sets for a client each time.
