The staff was not open to share breakdown of the invoice . I had booked an appointment for 5 15 pm and I was attended at 5 38 pm . What is the point of booking appointment in advance if one has to wait for 23 mins. I went on a weekday because I could not find appointment for weekend , I was hoping to be compensated for this delay and was disappointed that they didn't even bother to apologise for the delay they caused
On top of this when the appointment was over they charged just double the price for nail art than what they shared earlier when I visited them , just to check on the price.

I had already asked the price before the nail art . It was mentioned that it would be 1 eur per finger and later they charged 2 eur per finger. I have always been very satisfied and was still satisfied with the work done but the last minute change on the price and the reluctance of the team to even explain the invoice was a complete turn off experience for me and my friend.

Divya did a great job & is very polite. I had a great experience with her. The place could be better ventilated, with all the steam work happening, it was congested & didn’t seem fresh/hygienic.
