I have taken massage for many years now but this was my 1st time having an Ayurvedic treatment. I chose this after an intensive1 week Iyengar workshop in France. After these we are recommended get an Abyanga treatment as a recovery and allow our bodies to get full benefits. I'm so very glad that I did. The whole experience was amazing and I could still feel it resonate with me after a long 3 days. Christina is great and the Studio beautiful. I will be back that's certain. For a massage & a class :)

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere I chose a Marma Abhyanga massage and Cristina tailored it on my back pain like a therapy. During the Ayurvedic massage she evidently used her knowledge of postural Yoga to re-align my body enhancing the benefit of the warm oils massage itself. At the end I was deeply relaxed, energised and sure that the time was well invested in taking care of myself.
