I have been to Tibetan wellness several times for different treatments and all were extremely professional with attention to whole body and mind. All masseurs are extremely sensitive & welcoming. Headache/sleeping problems due to neck/back cramps. The first massages were painful because of the hardened muscles but professional hands gave me peace. 3 weeks later and 4 treatments I have no nausea/dizziness or headaches and sleep like a rock again. As a masseuse I recommend highly. thuk-je-che 💫
