I had a horrible experience. The employee who did my nails was talking to her colleague as she was trimming my cuticles. Because of that, she accidentally cut a piece of my skin. I understand that it was and accident and salon employees need to speak with each other but I think she could have stopped and talk to her colleague first. The whole treatment felt very rushed and roughly done. Oh I also did not get my nails trimmed, even though it should be included in a manicure service.

De manicure en acryl set waren goed gedaan, maar de nail art was veel minder zorgvuldig en goed dan de foto en inspiratie die ik liet zien. Daarnaast was de totale duur van de behandelingen veel langer dan aangegeven (met onverwacht lange wachttijden ondanks dat we een afspraak hadden). Dat was minder prettig
