Tried to explain that I booked through treatwell but no one listened to me, they just made me sit right away and automatically assumed that I wanted refills. I had to tell 3 staffs that I only wanted my acrynails removed. At the end, I had to explain again that I already paid on treatwell- since no one listened when I arrived. They didn't soak my nails enough and so it really hurt with their tools- I yelped in pain but they didnt seem to care. Too many staff but none listen.

Tot mijn verbazing is het niet standaard dat gereedschap bij iedere klant gereinigd wordt. Sterker nog, er werd bij andere klanten dezelfde tool gebruikt. Hygiene is enorm slecht. In een uur tjjd vier verschillende personen aan de tafel gehad voor het opvullen van mijn nagels en gellak. De gellak is afgeraffeld.
