The work, as always, is impeccable and the pedicurist has the most gentle touch. However, the pedicure was supposed to take 30 minutes and an hour and 10 minutes later I was still there as I had to wait over 20 minutes for the pedicurist to start. She was working on another customer. I don't mind a little overlap but this was certainly too much. So I'm going to go ahead and give TipTop 3 stars for this experience. I will still visit again, hoping it'll be better next time.

Erg goed en fijn geholpen. Ik kon meteen plaats nemen en al snel kwam degene die mijn nagels ging doen. Onderling werd er niet Nederlands georaat

I previous rating was not for Ly. My nails was done by two different people and it seems like that was a standard for them, which I didn’t like. The two ladies were alright but they were clearly rushing and the nail polish have started to chip after less than 2 days, even though it is gellach.
