as i told the lady right away after my massage. within 15 minutes. i did not have a good experience. i have had the deep tissue massage twice before. and liked it. this time it was not the same. it felt chaotic, rushed and rough. not professional or experienced. i paid the full amount for an hour. thought maybe its me. now a couple hours later my neck and back feel extremely sore. i regret the treatment and spending my money. a shame as previous experiences were really good. i hope you will contact me and we can talk about it and find a way to compensate me.
