Konrad is very experienced in everything got to do with haircuts, coloring, straightening....etc
First he listened to me carefully to fully understand what I was looking for, then shows you how he will start the process and shows you the colors and how they will blend together....once you see the palette you'll get an overview how the colors will look like. Then he started the process....
Whenever I am looking for a new hair color/cut, I know that Toni &Guy-Konrad is the go to person.

Heel blij met mijn nieuwe kapsel. Ik ben mooi geknipt door Levi en vervolgens gekleurd door Martina, de hele sfeer in de salon is erg ontspannen en ik kreeg zelfs een glaasje Prosecco. Uiteindelijk mega tevreden en blij de deur uit gegaan, dikke aanrader.

I was very much elated after my second visit. After going through my review, Naomi personally reached out to me and wanted to know what exactly went wrong. She requested me to pay a visit one more time and assured me to get me the haircut I wanted and that to free of cost. I was very much surprised my her gesture. After few months, I reached out to her and she immediately recalled me and asked me to pay a visit. I got my haircut from her and must say she is really exceptional.

Very kind and helpful. The staff here are all very skilled. I had coloring and cutting (short hair.) I was very pleased with the results.
