Konrad listens carefully to what you have in mind for your cut and color. If it isn't possible for your type of hair/shape of face/length of hair/etc, he tells you honestly and tries to find the best alternative together. Everyone in the salon is polite and the atmosphere is really good. Also, I was well taken care of during my long appointment with hot chocolate and candy hearts!
