I recently had a facial there and there was no consultation about my skin type or needs and no explanation of the steps during the facial. The treatment began with a face scrub, which is an outdated method, as physical exfoliants are too harsh and many clinics now use gentler alternatives. I expected more focus on impurity removal, as advertised on Treatwell, but this wasn’t included. The girl was kind, though she didn’t speak English. Overall the experience was ok but could improve.
