Een ontzettend vriendelijke vrouw. Je voelt je meteen welkom, verder geeft Vivian hele goede ondersteunende uitleg wat er precies gaat gebeuren en wat je kunt verwachten. Ik ben erg tevreden

Didn’t do a proper cleaning, didn’t want to cut my nails or exfoliate or moisturize. I arrived late 15 min but I booked 2 appointments one after another and she said there was no time, could have explained in a better way if indeed was not time but it was quite the oposite, she was rude about it and was uncomfortable like she was doing a favor and not a service a paid for. The quality of the finishing is not good , look thick and the application of the nail polish was uneven
