Didn’t do a proper cleaning, didn’t want to cut my nails or exfoliate or moisturize. I arrived late 15 min but I booked 2 appointments one after another and she said there was no time, could have explained in a better way if indeed was not time but it was quite the oposite, she was rude about it and was uncomfortable like she was doing a favor and not a service a paid for. The quality of the finishing is not good , look thick and the application of the nail polish was uneven
