Made the appointment thinking I would be helped by Urmi but there was another lady there (it wasn’t specified during the booking who you are booking with). Emanuela was lovely, checked at all times whether I am in pain etc, but frankly the end result is just okayish. Next time I will call to make sure my appointment is with the right person because I don’t book for the salon, I book for the specific person.
